When Rosey contacted me about photographing her late September wedding, I couldn't wait! As she described the venue over the phone, I started to imagine all of the amazing shots we could capture. An old schoolhouse, quaint chapel, and a beautiful pathway through a forest connecting the two seemed nothing short of perfection. When the wedding day finally arrived, it didn't disappoint! I took over 50 photos before I even made it to the schoolhouse to meet Rosey and her daughters.
As much as I tried to envision how the decor would look ahead of time, I was still stunned at the beauty of it all. It was absolutely perfect. Even better? Rosey and her family did all of the gathering and decorating themselves. I encouraged them to take it up as professionals! The rain held off until just before the bridal portraits and ceremony, limiting our ability to take nice photos outside, but we made it work! I loved getting to spend the evening with Rosey, John and their awesome family and friends. Take a look!
